Welcome to Hen’s Knights! Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before booking your event. They outline our policies on bookings, cancellations, performer expectations, and customer responsibilities to ensure your hens night experience is smooth and successful.
While we aim to deliver the specific entertainer you choose, whether a topless waiter, life drawing model, or male stripper, unforeseen issues (e.g. illness or injury) may result in a change. In that case:
We never send entertainers who aren’t listed on our website without your permission unless a last minute change had to be made due to unforeseen circumstances and we cannot reach you in time.
If you are unhappy with a performer’s look or punctuality, you must turn them away before the service begins to qualify for a refund.
Changes after payment of your booking fee may result in forfeiture of that fee, particularly if they affect the performer’s availability. Examples include:
We may, at our discretion, retain the fee if the original Knight can still perform. Please only book when you’re confident in your event time, location, and service type.
It is your responsibility to provide accurate contact details and venue address. If incorrect details prevent your entertainer from finding the location, your booking fee will be forfeited.
Most performers are based in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Adelaide, Perth, and Gold Coast CBDs. If your event is located outside these areas, a travel fee applies, usually calculated at approx. $1.5 per km from the city centre.
For life drawing bookings at our venues, the number of guests confirmed one week prior to your event will be the minimum billed, even if fewer guests attend on the day.
The Website is free to use for both you (the user) and the Entertainers.
For you: There is no charge to browse Entertainer images or to make an enquiry about availability.
For Entertainers: They may request to have their images uploaded at no cost and may request removal of their images at any time, at no cost.
The company reserves the right, at its discretion, to refuse to upload an Entertainer’s images or to remove an Entertainer’s images at any time, for any reason.
Important: “Free to use” only covers browsing the site and image/availability enquiries. The actual booking services incur a Booking Fee (for matching and providing details) and a separate Entertainer Fee (for the performance) which are not free.
If you are unhappy with any aspect of the service after it begins, you must resolve the issue directly with the entertainer. Hen’s Knights does not issue refunds for services already performed, but may assist at its discretion.
In cases where COVID-19-related government restrictions prevent your booking from going ahead:
For any non-COVID-related cancellations or changes, our standard cancellation policy applies.
Hen’s Knights operates the Hen’s Knights website (“the Website”) to enable independent adult male entertainers (“Entertainers”) to advertise their individual services (“Services”) to users (“You”).
Hen’s Knights provides a semi-digital service for adult male entertainment, predominantly for Hens Parties. You may provide Hen’s Knights with details of your event and either select an Entertainer from the profiles displayed on the Website or request that Hen’s Knights select one on your behalf.
The Website is free to use for both You and the Entertainers.
For Users: There is no cost to browse Entertainer profiles or to make availability enquiries.
For Entertainers: Entertainers may request to have their images uploaded to the Website at no cost and may request their removal at any time, also at no cost.
Hen’s Knights reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse or remove any Entertainer’s images or listings at any time and for any reason.
Hen’s Knights charges a Booking Fee at the time a booking is made. This Booking Fee covers only the service of matching You with an Entertainer and providing both parties with the necessary contact and event details.
The Booking Fee is entirely separate from the Entertainer Fee, which is an amount agreed directly between You and the Entertainer and is payable on the Date of Service.
Hen’s Knights does not collect, hold, or refund any portion of the Entertainer Fee under any circumstances.
Hen’s Knights is not liable for any aspect of your interaction with an Entertainer, including but not limited to their punctuality, performance, conduct, or the accuracy of any images or information displayed on the Website.
Entertainers operate independently of Hen’s Knights and are solely responsible for their own performances, schedules, fees, routines, costumes, and conduct. No agency, partnership, joint venture, or employment relationship is created between Hen’s Knights and any Entertainer.
If You are dissatisfied with an Entertainer upon arrival — for example, due to punctuality, appearance, or attitude — You must request that the Entertainer leave immediately without commencing the Service and without payment.
Once any payment has been made to the Entertainer, the Entertainment Contract between You and the Entertainer is considered to have commenced, and any refund requests must be directed to the Entertainer directly. Hen’s Knights is not responsible for any refund or compensation once the Service has begun.
Hen’s Knights has no obligation to mediate or resolve disputes between You and an Entertainer but may choose to do so at its discretion to improve user experience.
In this Agreement, unless otherwise specified:
The singular includes the plural and vice versa; gender references include all genders.
References to documents or laws include any amendments or replacements.
All monetary references are in Australian Dollars (AUD).
References to persons include natural persons, corporations, and associations.
The meaning of general words is not limited by specific examples.
Headings are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation.
Any agreement, warranty, or indemnity in favour of multiple parties benefits them jointly and severally.
This Agreement shall not be construed to the disadvantage of any party responsible for its preparation.
