Welcome to Hen’s Knights! Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before booking your event. They outline our policies on bookings, cancellations, performer expectations, and customer responsibilities to ensure your hens night experience is smooth and successful.

Performer Selection Guarantee

While we aim to deliver the specific entertainer you choose, whether a topless waiter, life drawing model, or male stripper, unforeseen issues (e.g. illness or injury) may result in a change. In that case:

You will be contacted and offered a replacement or a refund of your booking fee.
If we can’t reach you, we may send a replacement Knight of similar quality.
If you reject the replacement on arrival, there’s no charge.
If the service proceeds, no refund will be issued.

We never send entertainers who aren’t listed on our website without your permission.

Booking Fee & Refund Policy

Your booking fee confirms your booking and is non-refundable unless a performer fails to show and a suitable replacement cannot be found.
If a replacement is offered and declined, and the original entertainer is unavailable, you will receive a refund.
If multiple entertainers were booked, refunds apply only to the individual(s) who did not attend.

If you are unhappy with a performer’s look or punctuality, you must turn them away before the service begins to qualify for a refund.

Changes to Bookings

Changes after payment of your booking fee may result in forfeiture of that fee, particularly if they affect the performer’s availability. Examples include:

Downgrading the service (e.g., Life Drawing to Topless Waitering)
Reducing the number of entertainers
Changing the time or venue

We may, at our discretion, retain the fee if the original Knight can still perform. Please only book when you’re confident in your event time, location, and service type.

Address & Contact Accuracy

It is your responsibility to provide accurate contact details and venue address. If incorrect details prevent your entertainer from finding the location, your booking fee will be forfeited.

Travel Outside the CBD

Most performers are based in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Adelaide, Perth, and Gold Coast CBDs. If your event is located outside these areas, a travel fee applies, usually calculated at approx. $1 per km from the city centre.

Performer Arrival Times & Payment

Arrival times are approximate, especially on weekends.
Please have the performer fee (cash) ready before the show.
Strippers may use oils, whipped cream, or other props. Life drawing models may use charcoal or body paint. Protect your furniture, clothing, and carpets accordingly.

Life Drawing Guest Numbers at Our Venues

For life drawing bookings at our venues, the number of guests confirmed one week prior to your event will be the minimum billed, even if fewer guests attend on the day.

Liability & Independent Entertainers

Hen’s Knights connects you with independent entertainers. We are not responsible for their punctuality, service quality, or conduct.
Your booking fee is a matchmaking fee. The entertainer fee is a separate transaction paid directly to the performer.
If you are unhappy with the entertainer before the show, ask them to leave, and do not pay them. If you pay or proceed, you enter an Entertainment Contract and Hen’s Knights holds no further liability.

Dispute Resolution

If you are unhappy with any aspect of the service after it begins, you must resolve the issue directly with the entertainer. Hen’s Knights does not issue refunds for services already performed, but may assist at its discretion.

Definitions

Booking Fee: Paid to Hen’s Knights to confirm your entertainer and event.
Entertainer Fee: Paid directly to the performer on the event day.
Entertainment Contract: Formed when a performance starts or the fee is paid.
Services: May include Stripper Shows, Life Drawing, or Topless Waitering.

COVID-19 Policy – Postponement Terms

In cases where COVID-19-related government restrictions prevent your booking from going ahead:

You may postpone your event to a new date within 18 months of the original date.
Refunds are not available under COVID-related circumstances.
If this policy does not suit your needs, do not proceed with booking.

For any non-COVID-related cancellations or changes, our standard cancellation policy applies.
